KOURTNEY Kardashian has shared a throwback video to show off her strong abs in a sports bra and leggings during a challenging workout session.
The Kardashians star, 44, took to her Instagram Story on Friday to share a clip from February 2021 of her doing a pilates exercise.
Kourtney was seen in a black sports bra and matching leggings, which left her midsection completely exposed.
While suspending herself from hanging equipment, the Keeping Up with The Kardashians alum slowly moved her legs onto another hanging swing and flipped her body over.
The exercise took a great amount of strength, allowing the mom of three to show off her toned abs in the process.
She wrote on top of the clip: “found this in my ‘better’ Pilates days with @jesseohara when I was always trying something new.”
Kourtney could also be heard calling out for her sister, Kim Kardashian, which she alluded to in another block of text over the video.
“Why am I yelling for @kimkardashian to save me [laughing emoji] and she didn’t say a word!”
While the Kardashian clan often works out together, the Lemme founder claimed she has started doing pilates more regularly again, currently doing the workout four times a week.
It’s no surprise the reality star has had quite a busy year, especially with her wedding to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, running her multiple companies, and filming for Season 3 of The Kardashians.
SISTER SHOWDOWN?
In a trailer for the upcoming season of the famous family’s Hulu series, plenty of drama between the sisters was shown.
Kourtney was “livid” at Kim for using her wedding to Travis Barker as a “business opportunity” in the newly-released teaser.
During some clips in the trailer, Kim and Kourtney appeared to be fighting, which seemed appropriate as rumors of a feud between Kourtney and her sister Kim have grown in recent months.
Another part of the trailer showed sister Kendall Jenner asking Kim if she talked to Kourtney about Milan.
Kim was seen asking, “She’s mad at me?”
In a following confessional interview, Khloe Kardashian said Kourt was “livid.”
MARRIED IN MILAN
Last May, Kourtney and Travis tied the knot in Milan, Italy while surrounded by family and friends.
The wedding was the third for the couple after exchanging vows in Las Vegas and at a courthouse in Santa Monica.
Kourtney wore a short lace Dolce & Gabanna dress with a cathedral veil.
Her mother Kris, who stunned in a pink gown, walked her down the aisle, as Kourtney carried a small bouquet of red and white roses.
The ceremony was held at the seaside compound of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.
Kourtney and Travis began dating in early 2021 after being long-time friends.
Prior to Kourtney’s whirlwind romance with Travis, the KUWTK’s alum had never been married before.
She previously dated Scott Disick for nearly a decade as the former partners share three children: Mason, 12, Penelope, nine, and Reign, seven.
The trailer for Season 3 of The Kardashians shows Scott making a comeback to the show, which ought to shake things up now that Kourtney and Travis are officially married.
