Lily Aldridge Workout Routine and Diet Plan

Lily Aldridge is the lucky one who will be seen wearing the coveted Fantasy Bra this year in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The bra is designed by jewelers Mouawad and costs $2 million. The bra is made up of 18 carat gold that brings together over 6500 precious stones like blue topazes, red garnets and diamonds in a unique setting. She will be wearing cobalt blue panties that too come with a diamond detachable belt to complete the look.

The star was shocked with the announcement. She was shooting a holiday campaign in the summer when Candice Swanepoel surprised her with the news. She also felt very honored by the opportunity she had been given.

Little Nervousness

The H๏τtie also confessed that she was a little nervous before the show, as is her habit before every show but she was a bit more excited this year due to the Fantasy Bra opportunity.

Diet Plan

The model confessed to eating healthy and including loads of vegetables and roast chicken in her diet. She is also a major supporter of eating clean. The diva also cooks her own food in order to keep an eye on what she is eating.

Workout Routine

The former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model also shared her workout routine. She works out for an hour every morning and spends 30 minutes in the afternoons doing workouts. Sometimes, she reverses it by doing 30 minutes of workout sessions in the mornings and an hour in the afternoon. The workouts usually consist of 30 minutes of cardio exercises and doing Ballet Beautiful for one hour.

Loving the Workouts

The wife of King of Leon lead singer Caleb Followill loves working out. She likes to take out some time and focus on the workouts to get better results. Lily feels good after doing a workout and accomplishing the targets she has set in the gym.

No Numbers Please

The stunner does not believe in following any ideal weight numbers. She likes to feel good in her body and feel confident about the way she looks. She understands that each person’s body is different, so she advises people to do whatever makes them feel good from the inside like she does. Well, that’s a good advice.

Not Many Changes

Lily barely changes her workout routine for Victoria’s Secret show. She works out regularly for the whole year and likes to remain active which means that she does not have to exercise a lot just before the show. She does admit to amping up her ballet beautiful sessions, which she starts doing twice a day when only a few days are left for the show. She even likes this change as she is an active person who enjoys working out more.

When asked about whether she is following a special exercise to make herself look more amazing in the Fantasy Bra, Aldridge admitted that there is no such workout but she hoped there was one. (Don’t worry Lily, you don’t need one).

Though she admits that she can’t eat organic foods at all times, she tries to eat them as often as possible. She also makes an effort to know what’s in the food and where it has been sourced from. Moderation is also her diet secret because she indulges in many unhealthy meals but never goes beyond a specified limit. She has also admitted to having more sweets and candies than her daughter Dixie who doesn’t have a huge sweet tooth.

The diva likes to munch on healthy snacks like Larabars, RXBars, and carrots with hummus. So, she carries them everywhere in her purse.

Body Changes are Natural

Like many smart women, Lily realizes that her body is changing with age. A few months back, she admitted that though her body is changing, she loves the change. She also loves working out and staying healthy, but she doesn’t like to judge herself too much.
