A peek inside Kourtney Kardashian’s beautiful home shows how much baby Rocky is already fully integrated into their daily routine. The Lemme founder posted several pH๏τos of her house, and we can’t help but notice one trend in particular that she is apparently a huge fan of.
“cozy little life lately,” Kardashian captioned a series of pH๏τos over the weekend, beginning with a black-and-white sH๏τ of her mᴀssive Christmas tree. Slide to pH๏τo 2 to see her cozy playroom for her 2-month-old, which is filled with Montessori-inspired toys!
The playroom is set up by a fireplace with a cozy winter scene on TV. There is a wooden rocking horse, a black-and-white sheep mobile, and a gray elephant lovey for Rocky. On the floor is a fluffy white rug next to a wooden mirror, so Rocky can look at his own (presumably-adorable) face during tummy time. Placed in front of the mirror are high-contrast, black-and-white pH๏τos of a foot, hearts, and a target, which is great for a baby’s sensory needs. It looks like such a fun — and simple! — playroom that you could pretty easily recreate for your own babies.
Montessori-inspired toys, where kids can use their imagination to play and learn about the world as opposed to playing with toys that light up or entertain without much thought, are super popular right now. Even Joanna Gaines has her own line of Montessori-inspired toys at Target, so you can easily grab some for your own baby. Kardashian, known for her clean eating and organic lifestyle, is clearly a big fan.
The Poosh founder shared more pH๏τos of her home, including one of bunkbeds decorated with a Christmas garland, with one of her kids cozy in bed watching a Christmas movie. Another shows her dining room table, complete with a unique highchair that has an infant carrier on top so Rocky can join in on family dinners. Kardashian welcomed baby Rocky with husband Travis Barker in November 2023. She is also mom to Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9, with ex Scott Disick, while Barker is dad to Landon, 20, Alabama, 18, and Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with ex Shanna Moakler. They shared the first pH๏τos of baby Rocky last month, including a sH๏τ of the Blink-182 drummer cradling his baby and one of Kardashian breastfeeding her newborn.
Back in October, The Kardashians star shared a picture of baby Rocky’s nursery, which includes a $10,000 Nursery Works crib made out of maple hardwood and containing a huge stuffed animal creature. The bed was positioned near windows to let in the sunshine and pretty palm tree scenery that any baby (or adult) would admire.
She definitely has a theme for baby Rocky, and we won’t be surprised at all if everyone chooses Montessori theme for their nurseries and playrooms this year!
