MEGAN Fox has continued to deny going under the knife, but a top plastic surgeon isn’t buying it.
He claimed the American celebrity picked up the pace of her nip/tuck journey in the run-up to hitting 40.
Megan, 37, hit back at fans who claimed she’d had work done earlier this month, writing: “Oh my god guys look how different i…dont look at all” on Instagram.
The post, on Valentine’s Day, showed her partying with fiance Machine Gun Kelly, 33, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at a Super Bowl party in Las Vegas the night before.
The Transformers star appeared to be angered by comments saying she “looks very similar to Kim (Kardashian) suddenly” as they “share the same surgeons.”
Plastic surgeon Dr. Richard Westreich said the mom-of-three has had a “clear transformation,” but doesn’t look “overdone.”
“It is pretty well accepted that Megan has had her nose done,” Westreich told The U.S. Sun.
“There is a clear transformation there. Megan’s nose is now chiseled.
“It is highly possible that she had an upper lid procedure.
“Megan has had her top lip filled as well.
“Her face also looks contoured, so that would probably be from a buccal fat procedure.
“Megan has probably spent up to $60,000 on plastic surgery since 2005.
“But she continues not to admit to getting any plastic surgery at all.”
In 2010, Megan told Allure magazine that she was in favor of getting plastic surgery.
“I would encourage anyone who wants plastic surgery to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from,” she said.
“Because a lot of times it’s not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin — the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you.
“If, then, you feel, ‘This is something that I want to do,’ then do it. It’s amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do.”
Westreich said the American actress kicked off her plastic surgery efforts with a rhinoplasty sometime between 2005 and 2008.
She progressed to tweaking her eyes and then her face, he added.
“The width of Megan’s tip and her nose in general, specifically the lower part of the tip, is different by 2008,” he said.
“Between 2005 and 2008, she had her nose done.
“It has continued to thin out a little since then.
“By 2019, her eyes started to look a little different.
“She may have had an upper lid procedure, that gets rid of extra skin or some fullness.
“She has had her top lip filled as well.
“Her face also looks contoured, which would be from a buccal fat procedure.
Megan made her acting debut in the family film Holiday in the Sun in 2001.
She followed up with parts such as in 2004’s Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.
Megan cemented herself in Hollywood, appearing in Transformers and Jennifer’s Body.Megan started dating Machine Gun Kelly after working on the movie Midnight in the Switchgrᴀss in 2020.
This came months after separating from her husband, actor Brian Austin Green.
The couple share three sons: Noah, 10, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, six.
Megan and Machine Gun Kelly were engaged by January 2022 but have not yet tied the knot.Westreich said Megan shows little “skin laxity” – which makes her look younger than her partner, despite their four-year age gap.
“She does not look 37 at all,” he said.
“In the 40s, you will get some early skin laxity, which might worry Megan.
“I do not see much laxity in her yet.
“Potentially because she already had her upper lids done and the buccal fat procedure.
“I do not think Megan looks too overdone in any one way yet.
“If we look at her with Taylor Swift, Taylor still looks younger.
“But she is 30 and looks young for her age anyway.
“Megan looks younger than her boyfriend, Machine Gun Kelly, who is only 33.“Travis also looks about his age, but it is hard to tell with the beard covering half his face.
