Megan Fox is surprising fans with her changing looks, as she got called out for looking drastically different in a makeup-free selfie shared to socials following Coachella weekend one.
Posting to Instagram, Megan uploaded a selfie of herself dressed in a black bra and plaid pajama bottoms. She kept her look fresh-faced, as she appeared to go sans makeup in the carefree pH๏τo, holding up a jewel phone case to the mirror.

“Repairing my hair (and 26 inches of extensions) post Coachella,” she wrote in the caption, sharing her post-music festival routine.
The pH๏τo was part of a collaboration with a haircare brand, Wella, which Megan is working with. But fans were less focused on the promotion and more so on the fact that the image appeared AI-generated, at least some people claimed, given how different the actress’s face appeared in the selfie.
“This does not look like Megan Fox AT ALL. AI doing its thing again,” one person wrote under the pH๏τo, while another added,. “Who tf is that,” another chimed in.
A different comment read, “I didn’t know who the hell I was looking at until I read the account name…..wtf??? [sic]”
Some of the comments suggested that Megan simply looked different, without being able to pinpoint exactly what seemed off, suggesting she’s perhaps had work done (again). “Why does she look so different?” one poignant comment read.
Megan Fox Has Admitted To Some Plastic Surgery Before
So far, Meghan has refused to address the speculation surrounding her selfie, but she’s been the subject of plastic surgery rumors before. Then again, the Transformers star has opened up about some of the work she’s had done.
Megan has admitted to getting breast implants in her early 20s, and she had them redone after she was breast-feeding (she shares three children with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green). She’s also said she had her nose done, also in her early 20s, while she was rising to fame in Hollywood. It’s also suspected the actress has gotten filler in her face as well as her lips.
“I’ve literally been accused of having six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries, which is impossible — your nose would get necrosis and fall off,” Megan has said in reference to the rumors surrounding her changing appearance.
However, the actress teased that she’s had one procedure she’s unwilling to admit to publicly. “There’s one thing I had done that I’m gatekeeping,” Megan said.
One thing Megan has flat-out denied is having a brow lift, saying, “I have researched them, that’s not because of some moral thing. I just don’t really believe they work, and I’m also afraid that they would interfere when I do need to have a facelift.”
Megan’s past openness about her cosmetic enhancements could mean she’ll address the speculation on her recent selfie. But until then, it appears fans are going to have to keep on guessing.
