Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly go for dinner in LA holding hands – after rapper revealed he’s 12 month sober

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s relationship is going strong.

The Jennifer’s Body star, 38 — who recently put on a very cheeky display as she went pants-free — was spotted alongside her rapper boyfriend of four years as they stepped out for dinner with a friend at The Ivy in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Their sighting comes just days after MGK admitted that he has been sober for nearly twelve months after secretly checking in to a rehab facility.

He explained that he decided to seek out medical treatment for his addiction after wrapping the European leg of his Mainstream Sellout Tour.

Holding his hand for the day out and showing support, Megan showed off her style in an oversized black long sleeve shirt.

Her signature raven locks were styled in loose waves, framing her face as she held her man’s hand in a sweet moment.

The Transformers actress rocked a pair of chic sunglᴀsses and thigh-high faux snake skin boots.

She accessorized with a diamond choker necklace layered over a dainty silver chain  as she carried her phone with a charm wristlet.

The mother-of-three modeled a full face of glam makeup that showed off her rosy cheeks and pump pout.

Machine Gun Kelly, 34 — whose real name is Colson Baker — guided his lady love out of the upscale eatery while rocking a white T-shirt that depicts Looney Tunes character, Bugs Bunny, playing tennis.

He wore a pair of trendy baggy jeans with crochet details of flowers, clouds and a marijuana leaf, while showing off his countless tattoos.

His blonde locks were tucked underneath his backwards sitting purple and pink baseball cap.

The Bad Things rapper accessorized with a thick silver chain, various matching bracelets and trendy white sneakers for the casual outing.

They appeared to be in good spirits while escorting their friend home after their shared meal.

Megan and her multihyphenate man have been dating on and off since 2020 yet are still together after calling of their two year engagement in March.

While on the Dumb Blonde podcast on Monday, the six-foot-four musician explained that his decision to stay sober of ‘everything’ was because of the realization that his addiction had become overbearing.

‘I’m completely sober from everything. I don’t drink anymore,’ he proudly shared while sitting down with Bunnie Xo. ‘I haven’t drank since last August.

‘I didn’t tell anybody outside of the [people] closest to me,’ he said. ‘That was my first time I ever went to rehab. They just gave me so many ways to operate the body and show where this anger is coming from and methods to quell it.’
