Belgium Doesn’t Want Bernard Arnault: It looks like Bernard Arnault’s request for Belgian citizenship will be rejected. The LVMH CEO requested a Belgian earlier this year, for “personal” reasons, reportedly due to President Hollande’s new tax increases on France’s high-income sector.
