Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel shows off long legs

High-waisted jeans can be a difficult look to pull off but when you’re a long-legged Victoria’s Secret model, everything looks good.

Candice Swanepoel jetted in to Cape Town on Sunday and managed to look flawless in a simple pair of light blue cropped jeans, which showed off her slim figure to perfection.

The 25-year-old blonde beauty also wore a simple striped T-shirt tucked into them, a hat and sunglᴀsses as she made her way through the airport.

Candice hid her hair under a large hat and added sunglᴀsses.

Brown ankle boots completed her look.

Despite her thriving career, Candice recently revealed she takes any opportunity she can to take time out and get away from it all.

And of course, getting home to South Africa is top of her list.

She told Vogue: ‘Day to day is difficult; it’s more about getting away,. Every couple of weeks, whenever I get time, I’ll go to Africa, or to Brazil, and find myself again.

When I have free time, I like to go somewhere – not to a H๏τel and feel pampered and luxurious, but to just clean my slate and be in reality. Go stay in a tent somewhere.’

Candice has been dating Brazilian-born Hermann Nicoli for nine years and lives with the model in New York.

However, she admitted she hopes to someday move back to a rural life and raise her future children on a farm so they can have a childhood similar to her own.

‘It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what I’m looking for, but I know that my days of being in big cities are numbered,’ she said.

‘When you grow up on a farm like I did, you’re always going to go back to that feeling – and especially with the way the world is going, I’m looking for some fresh air and somewhere that I feel we are not ruining.

‘It’s scary to me to think how my children are going to grow up one day. With social media and everything; kids now don’t even talk to each other. It’s a very different life, so my kids – poor things – are going to be on a farm somewhere with me like, “No video games! No TV!”‘
