Megan Fox Has Only Had 1 Nose Job but Contours It ‘Within an Inch of Its Life’: ‘Just Nostrils Like Voldemort’

Megan Fox is spilling the tea about her plastic surgery — and lack thereof.

While appearing on the latest episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Fox, 37, went into detail about all the procedures she’s had done and which ones she hasn’t had done, including discussing her nose.

Fox shared that a common misconception about her nose is that she’s had a ton of work done on it, but in reality, she’s only had one nose job, and it was over a decade ago. People only think she continues to tweak it because she contours it. A lot.

“I had my nose done when I was in my early 20s,” she told Cooper. “That’s something I’ve literally been accused of having like six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries, your nose would get necrosis and fall off. I haven’t had a rhinoplasty since I was, I’m gonna say 23. It’s been well over a decade. I’ve not touched my nose since then.”

As Fox was talking, she realized she didn’t have her makeup artist, Jenna Kristina, contour her nose before they started filming, so she looks off camera and has a joking argument with her makeup artist about it. Cooper, however, is insistent that Fox’s nose looks impeccable.

Actually, she tells her it looks “f—— tiny.”

The Jennifer’s Body star was also very open, though, about the work she has had done, including three breast augmentations — one when she was 21 or 22, another after she finished breastfeeding and another recently. She also admitted to Botox and filler and another procedure that she said she’s “gatekeeping.”

“It was really good, and it’s not a known plastic surgery,” she said. “People don’t even really know about it. I wanted it very badly, and I needed to do it.”

Fox told Cooper she’d tell her off camera, but she wouldn’t dish on the mystery procedure while they were recording.

The Transformers actress also shut down rumors that she’d had any kind of face lift, any threads, no buccal fat removal, no liposuction or body contouring and no Brazilian ʙuтт lift.

While discussing her plastic surgery, Fox also candidly talked about how much hate she frequently gets on social media when it comes to her appearance. She admitted that she doesn’t often read her Instagram comments, but sometimes she feels like entertaining “a troll.”

“Some of my favorite comments are from women — and I don’t often read them, but sometimes I’m in the mood,” she said, noting that there’s a stigma surrounding plastic surgery and no matter what, she won’t win in this conversation.

“[The hurtful comments are] often from women where, I’ll be like, holy s— that is a particularly cruel thing to say, who is this person? And I’ll click on it, and she’ll be like, ‘Women’s life coach, crystal healing, tantric lessons, divine feminine.’ And she’s under my comments, crucifying me for being plastic or whatever. If you were to ask her, she would be like, well that’s because she perpetuates an unhealthy standard of beauty, right?” Fox told Cooper.

Fox reiterated that no matter what she does, she can’t win, because even when she’s “fully transparent” about any work she has done, she still gets hate. She pointed to Kylie Jenner, who she said has been open about her own cosmetic surgery and it hasn’t helped her case at all. Fox said she people are “brutally dragging her just the same” despite what she says.

She hoped, though, in sharing her own stories, she’d set “some people free.”
