Candice Swanepoel models dramatic facial piercings in Givenchy campaign

Supermodel Candice Swanepoel has swapped her Victoria’s Secret ʙικιɴι for a collection of edgy facial piercings to star in a dramatic new campaign Givenchy.

The 26-year-old Victoria’s Secret Angel appears in the Italian brand’s gothic-inspired autumn/winter 2015 campaign alongside models Stella Lucia, Aliz Menyhert, Mariacarla Boscono and Greta Varlese, among others.

The South African stunner’s face is marred by large silver studs that are hanging from her cheeks, chin and ears in two of the campaign images, which made their debut on Instagram Wednesday afternoon.

Candice shared the pH๏τo of herself posed alongside four other models with her 5.7 million followers.

In the image she dons a navy silk and chiffon ensemble, which features red piping, and is paired with calf-length boots.

Her trademark blonde locks are slicked back, putting her bejeweled face on display.

Another picture, which was posted by Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci, shows Candice, Stella and Aliz posing in flame-colored dresses featuring a pattern of peacock feathers.

Former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld styled the campaign, which was sH๏τ by pH๏τographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

Earlier this month Givenchy released a teaser video for the campaign in which Candice plays pinball in a gothic mansion while wearing a glittering black gown.

Candice has had incredible success with her modeling career, walking the runway for Christian Dior, Chanel, and Fendi, in addition to Givenchy.

Last year she was ranked number one in Maxim’s Hot 100 List. She also has a contract with Max Factor and recently appeared in a spread for Harper’s Bazaar and Self magazines.

Candice’s latest campaign also features designer Donatella Versace, 60, who is the current Vice President of the Versace Group.

Two black and white images of Donatella wearing peplum jackets also debuted today.
