The one movie Jennifer Aniston thinks is is “so embarrᴀssing”

Although she is best known for her work on the hit sitcom friends, Jennifer Aniston has had a successful career outside of the crowd of 20-year-olds who frolic in Manhattan. Whether it be Bruce Almighty, Marley & I, wanderlustor We are the millersAniston has mostly starred in successful productions, most of which have played their part in crystallizing her reputation as one of the most successful actresses of her generation.

Although not every one of her films is of commendable quality like the 2019 film thriller Most shows, you can guarantee that Aniston will provide a laugh or two. Comedy is something the Californian excels at. This point becomes very clear when you look at her work – from friends to Terrible bosses. Jennifer Aniston makes for good times, and that’s always helped her keep a following.

Though Aniston has had a glittering career that has earned her a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Golden Globe, there are some projects she doesn’t look back on with fondness. For the friends Star, there’s one she dismissed as “so embarrᴀssing.”

This is the 1993 horror comedy leprechaun, in which Warwick Davis plays a vengeful goblin hunting a family he believes stole his pot of gold. One of the ultimate cult films, grossing $8.6 million on a budget of $1 million spawning a string of films in the process. Despite being a favorite of film geeks worldwide, Aniston looks back at the film and cringes. She revealed that at the time of the film’s release, she feared it would derail her career, which had just begun.

In a video interview in 2021 with InStyle MagazineAniston further revealed her true thoughts leprechaunwhich came by mentioning one of her other early films, 1999 office space. At one point during the interview, she was asked to select items from a bag that were relevant to her life. Here she looked back office space and discussed how it became a cult тιтle.

“office space [was] one of the first films I ever did,” recalls Aniston. “Nobody thought it was going to be the cult classic, but it’s pretty cool if you ask me.”

She continued, “There’s loads of movies where you’re like, ‘Oh god, this is just… how am I going to survive this in my future?’ And then it’s a cult… ‘something’ because it’s so embarrᴀssing.”

The actor then explained that she didn’t mean it that way office space was an ’embarrᴀssing’ picture. “It wasn’t this movie! That movie was special,” she said, before humorously murmuring, “I’ve talked about it leprechaun.”

Aniston’s revelation comes after comments she made in 2019 saying she rewatched it leprechaun ten years earlier with her ex-boyfriend Justin Theroux. Though the couple taped it for “s***s and giggles,” she couldn’t take it and kept leaving the room “twitching.”
