The 35-year-old actress’ biggest 2021 headline-making has, so far, been her starring role in HBO series The White Lotus, but there’s something way bigger going on in her life. Daddario updated her Instagram towards the start of December to confirm things are up another notch in her personal life – the blue-eyed beauty is now happily engaged to boyfriend Andrew Form.
Taking to Instagram to break the exciting news, Alexandra shared a wet swimsuit sH๏τ coming as a selfie of herself and producer beau Form, and it was smiles all-around from the happy couple, complete with a gushing caption.

Snapping a quick selfie, Alexandra posed with wet hair, her big blue eyes on show, plus zero makeup as she flashed her pearly whites and hints of her toned back. In the pH๏τo, fans saw her in a sporty red swimsuit with a crop top feel, with Andrew seen looking handsome as he stood shirtless next to Alexandra and semi-wrapped an arm around her.

Taking to her caption, the Alo Yoga influencer opened: “The absolutely most wonderful man, you handle nonsense, loss, life, difficulty, people, with grace and compᴀssion. You’re a loving father, funny, hard-working, honest, introspective, Sєxy, kind and sensitive- you’ve made room on some of the prime real-estate wall space for pictures of Levon, a dog you never even met.”
Daddario even showered Form with love for allowing her to hang up pH๏τos of her late dog Levon – she made it clear this is a pooch Form had never “even met.”
“You’ve taken the worst moments of my life and soothed them, just knowing that you existed when they happened makes my heart fuller and more pieced together,” the star continued.
Touchingly, and rather amusingly, the Clinique spokesperson further stated: “Right now I am looking at all the giant packages of gluten-free Oreos you surprised me with. It’s so many Oreos, it makes me laugh.” Daddario closed to call Andrew the “greatest” and “most formidable” love of her life.
Andrew has been married before. He wed actress Jordana Brewster in 2007 – she filed for divorce last year. The former couple shares two children: Julian and Rowan.
