Fans then began discussing why she looks “different” now, with many stressing that any differences are due to natural aging, and others guessing that she underwent specific plastic surgery procedures to look so radiant and supple. “I’ve never seen Megan Fox look like the picture on the left. It doesn’t even look like her,” one wrote regarding the earlier pic as another added: “It’s called aging.”
Someone else replied: “that’s her original face lmao” as one other theorized: “Megan Fox changed her entire face by doing plastic surgery.”
Many fans disagreed, with another tweeting: “Some of this is just aging tbh it happened to me and it can happen to y’all and I don’t think Megan got this done.” 
Others stressed that any differences to the mom of three’s cheeks could have been natural with age, and the process of “losing baby fat” rather than the celeb-trendy “buccal fat removal” surgery she has been accused of getting by some critics.
One Fox devotee wrote: “I don’t think Megan has ever touched her face. It looks like she just aged.” Another concurred and replied: “Okay but Megan Fox is still the most gorgeous woman alive.”
While Fox continues to spark plastic surgery and lip filler rumors whenever she shares a new selfie with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly or when she steps out for another edgy and risqué red carpet or street style look, she has vehemently denied ever going under the knife or getting Botox injections.
Back in 2010, she pointed to a pic of herself as a teenager and said: “I will say for people who question the authenticity of my lips, you can clearly see that my lips are my lips.”
