Jennifer Aniston is chic in black midi dress while costar Adam Sandler keeps it VERY casual at pH๏τocall for their new Netflix comedy

They play a married American couple out of place among backstabbing European aristocrats in the upcoming Netflix film Murder Mystery.

But there was no mystery about Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston’s chemistry as the two stars attended a publicity event for the film on Tuesday in Marina del Rey, California.

The comedian and the actress previously starred together in a film, 2011’s Just Go With It.

It was just their outfits that appeared to be not in sync as Jennifer looked camera ready and Adam opted for a very laid back look.

The former Friends star chose a long black dress for the pH๏τocall.

The 5ft5in star’s outfit featured a solitary orange band running across her skirt.

Her top was comprised of a dark vest with vertical midnight blue stripes running across it.

The unusual look featured one flap that was longer than the other.

The Friends star’s sleeveless outfit highlighted her fit arms, and she showed off her red painted toes in a pair of black wedges.

Jennifer kept the accessories to a minimum, though she added some flair thanks to a gold watch with a milk chocolate strap and gold hoop earrings with dangling designs.

Her golden brunette locks were parted down the middle and cascaded over her shoulders.

Adam was dressed more casually for the promotion, wearing a baby blue Rip Curl Hawaii T-shirt.

He had on a pair of dark blue jeans as well as black sneakers, and sported a light beard.

The two stars were pH๏τographed with the edge of the water, with the marina just behind them.

He’s a New York City police officer and she’s a hairdresser and murder mystery novel aficionado.

After the two meet a mysterious European man on a flight, they’re invited to an exclusive getaway on a billionaire’s super yacht.

But the billionaire is murder while they’re on board, and the suspicion rests on the two interlopers.

The film, which was originally set to star Charlize Theron when it was in development in 2012, has had a multi-year gestation period.

Adam was attached as early as 2013, though his co-stars Emily Blunt and Colin Firth denied any connection to the project.

Now that the film is being released by Netflix, it will be part of Adam’s overall deal with the streaming service.
