The Friends actress, 49, showcased her incredible toned figure in a bright blue ʙικιɴι as she reclined on a sun lounger.
Jennifer looked blissfully happy as she sipped on a cold beverage and listened to music, relaxing in style during her break from production.
The popular star displayed her enviable abs in the simple swimwear, which highlighted her yoga-honed physique.
The Hollywood favourite wore her blonde highlighted tresses pulled in a clipped bun and shielded her eyes behind a pair of oversized shades.
Jennifer appeared to go make-up free as she soaked up the sun and showed off her flawless sun-kissed complexion.
She was later seen covering up in a black vest top and matching shorts, embracing a sporty look with a baseball cap.
The health-conscious star has been spotted around Portofino in recent weeks with her Murder Mystery co-star Adam Sandler.
The pair play a New York-based couple who are eyed in the killing of an older billionaire in Europe.
Aniston and Sandler previously appeared in the 2011 romantic comedy Just Go With It.
The comedy veterans had been itching to collaborate again after Just Go With It rumbled to $215 million in international receipts, with $103 million domestically following its release in February of 2011, insiders told the publication.
The comedy also featured Brooklyn Decker, Nicole Kidman and, in an acting turn, Dave Matthews.
Murder Mystery will be the first production Aniston has worked on for the streaming service, while Sandler has well-established himself as one of its feature stars, with projects under his belt such as Sandy Wexler, The Ridiculous Six and The Do-Over.
According to a source in US Weekly, she seemed to be in great spirits while shooting the comedy in late June.
‘She was very upbeat when they started shooting. In fact, Jen seems happy every time she’s on the set. The vibe here is great,’ said a friend.
Earlier this year, Jennifer and former husband Justin Theroux ended their relationship after just two years. They had been together a total of seven years, tying the knot in February 2018.
Another insider told People: ‘She is very happy being single. She is focused on her own happiness.’
And in June’s UsWeekly, they claimed the beauty has been ‘dating again.’ A source has told the weekly that two men are vying for the Emmy winner’s attention. And neither one is an actor.
The first man is a ‘tech тιтan’ who has taken to the blonde. They were introduced by a ‘close friend.’
And Murder Mystery isn’t the only Netflix film Jennifer is shooting, the talented actress has reportedly just landed another new role for the popular streaming service co-starring Tig Notaro where she plays the first female President of the United States who also happens to be openly gay.
The star will reportedly produce the new show alongside Notaro, Stephanie Allyne, screenwriter Adam McKay and veteran comedy actor Will Ferrell.
She is also working on a new TV series with Reese Witherspoon.
Aniston gained worldwide fame after being cast as Rachel Green in the popular sitcom Friends in 1994.
After the show ended in 2004, Aniston focused more on film, making appearances in movies like He’s Just Not That Into You in 2009, Horrible Bosses in 2011 and Horrible Bosses 2 in 2014.
