KOURTNEY Kardashian’s latest social media post has caused major fan concern.
On Wednesday, the Hulu personality shared a variety of pH๏τos she had taken recently on her Instagram profile.
Some of the snaps included Kourtney, 44, using a breast pump, her newborn son Rocky Thirteen Barker’s vintage stroller, hundreds of red roses on her staircase, and her toned legs in a pair of black tights.
However, one pH๏τo caused fans to ask questions.
On the sixth slide, the Lemme founder shared a snap of one of her family member’s X-rays showcasing a broken arm.
Kourtney did not go into detail about the major health concern or who it was, but her younger sister, Khloe, 38, was curious as to why she posted the hospital pic.
In the comment section, the Good American co-founder wrote, “Did you have to post the xray lol.”
FAN THEORIES
Many other fans were wondering what happened and even theorized on whose arm it was.
“I hope the baby doesn’t have a fracture . ..If so I hope he heals,” one fan said, talking about Rocky.
A second replied, “I think the arm is too big to be a baby’s.”
A third thought it was Kourtney’s 14-year-old son, “It’s Mason.”
“That’s definitely an adult arm,” said a fourth.
Kourtney has three children with Scott Disick, 40: Mason, Penelope, 11, and Reign, nine.
Meanwhile, fans slammed Kourtney’s husband Travis Barker, 48, for snubbing the TV personality’s children.
OH NO, TRAV
The Blink-182 drummer recently took to his Instagram Stories to show a snap of his wall art.
The first letter of his and his wife’s names, separated by a heart, was tagged in spray paint graffiti on the concrete wall to the left.
Designed in the middle of the wall was the message: “Travis wuz here 2024.”
On the right were the names of his four children: Alabama Barker, Landon Barker, Rocky, and his adoptive daughter Atiana De La Hoya.
Mason, Penelope, and Reign were excluded from the work of art.
Kardashian fans addressed Travis’ stepkids’ names not being painted on the wall in a forum on Reddit.
One person slammed, “If he didn’t want to put her other kids down he shouldn’t have included her in the ‘T <3 K’ bit.
Saying his kids are hers, but hers aren’t his. What a loser.”
A second fan added, “This is the same guy who didn’t even care Kourtney’s kids werent at the proposal as well but sure… it’s just a drawing and nothing else.”

Another raged, “You know… He could have taken this pH๏τo and kept it private, and then written Kourtney’s kids’ names after and taken another pH๏τo it to post online…
I bet Reign and Penelope would have at least wanted their name there, for sure Reign! I think this is f**ked up of Skeletor to do this AND POST IT online. I’m still team Kourtney, but f**k you, Travis.
