Kourtney Kardashian comes out as ‘autoSєxual’; here’s what it means

American socialite and media personality Kourtney Kardashian has identified herself as an ‘autoSєxual’. This was back in 2020 after an article was published on her website Poosh.

What does the term mean?

A therapist Casey Tanner helped define the term for the readers and said, “A trait wherein one is turned on by engaging in their own eroticism.” The definition added, “AutoSєxuality may extend beyond Sєxual behavior to include feeling a longing or desire for oneself,” Tanner explains. “It can also be the ability to turn oneself on through looking at, visualizing, touching, or smelling oneself.”

One comment read- “Really brave of Kourtney Kardashian to come out as autoSєxual today nothing but support for our troops.” Another one said, “When Kourtney Kardashian said she was autoSєxual & turns herself on I felt that.”

Last year, Kardashian and musician Travis Barker welcomed their first child, a baby boy.

Kardashian, 44, and Barker, 47, became parents again, sources confirmed exclusively to People magazine. The Lemme founder and the Blink-182 drummer announced the pregnancy in June.

Kardashian  and Barker went public with their relationship in 2021 and got married in May 2022, first legally with a small Santa Barbara ceremony before an intimate wedding in Italy a few days later.

Kardashian has three children Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight, who she co-parents with former husband and Talentless founder Scott Disick. Barker shares two children Landon (20) and Alabama (17) with former wife, actor Shanna Moakler.
