Kourtney Kardashian Details How She Keeps Her “Vagina Intact” After Giving Birth

Kourtney Kardashian wants to let you in on some of her practices.

Months after welcoming baby boy Rocky Thirteen Barker with husband Travis Barker, the Lemme founder shared insight into her latest chapter of motherhood, noting that some factors shifted to revolve around her post-baby body.

“I still have 10 pounds if I care to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight,” Kourtney explained to mom Kris Jenner at a fitting for the Emmys during the June 27 episode of The Kardashians. “I care to get back, but I’m breastfeeding so I’m taking my time.” (For more from The Kardashians, check out Kards Katch Up here.)

But that’s not the only piece of advice Kourtney has in mind.

“And they say to keep your vagina intact,” she continued, “you should not jump or run for six months.”

As for what keeping it intact means?

“Well, you can have prolapse,” Kourtney noted in a confessional, “which is where your vagina can fall out, I think. Supposedly, there’s things you can do to keep it up there.”

And one of those exercises, as Kourtney—who is also mom to kids Mason Disick, 14, Penelope Disick, 11, and Reign Disick, 9, with ex Scott Disick—explained, included taking up Pilates, adding that she’s also “just been walking.”

But upkeep aside, the 45-year-old also detailed the perspective she has on her body overall after having her fourth baby.

“My priority is not bouncing back and getting my body back in shape like it has been in the past,” she shared in a confessional. “I remember after having Mason that it used to be a really big thing to talk about how soon can you bounce back and everyone would do magazine covers. I did a magazine cover in a ʙικιɴι and stressing myself out to eat a certain diet.”

Fast-forward to now and Kourtney is instead, honing in on her health.

“This time, I’m really all about just nourishing and eating the best food,” she added, “to keep up my milk supply.”
