Kourtney Kardashian fans praise reclusive family member’s ‘kind’ post on her pregnancy amid Kris Jenner’s ‘bare minimum’

A KARDASHIAN-JENNER family member has been praised by fans for their sweet message to Kourtney Kardashian following her pregnancy announcement.

On Friday, Kourtney, 44, revealed that she’s expecting her fourth child – her first with her husband, Travis Barker, 47.

Many members of the star’s famous family have acknowledged the happy news on social media, including her former stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner.

The Olympian took to her Instagram Stories over the weekend to comment on Kourtney’s big reveal with nothing but kind words for the parents-to-be.

She shared Kourtney’s previous post of the model showing her growing baby bump alongside Travis.

Beneath the snap, she added the words: “Congrats to you both! @kourtneykardash @travis barker,” with a red heart emoji.

FANS’ REACTIONS
Caitlyn’s post circulated on a popular Kardashian forum, where fans commended the ex-reality star for her sweet message.

“Aww, this might be the most sincere-sounding acknowledgment!” one person wrote in the thread.

“I love this and Kim’s Father’s Day post, including Cait! I think everyone is acting so classy and mature and I really am a fan of this healthy family dynamic behavior going on here, no matter the past.

“In the present this is so f**king respectful, kind and speaks volumes. Much love to them!!!” someone else remarked.

“That’s sweet of her! The family including Caitlyn in their Father’s Day posts and now this, maybe their relationship with her is starting to finally heal,” said a third.

Caitlyn and her stepchildren have distanced themselves from each other following the athlete’s split from matriarch Kris Jenner in 2013 and her gender transition.

However, they appear to be on better terms as Caitlyn was included in Kris’ and her daughter Kim’s Father’s Day tributes on Sunday.

The 73-year-old shares daughters, Kendall, 27, and Kylie, 25, with Kris and was a father figure for Kourtney, Kim, 42, and their siblings Khloe, 38, and Rob, 36, after their father, Robert Kardashian, pᴀssed away in 2003.

‘NO WORDS’
Meanwhile, Kris recently came under fire for her seemingly simple post about Kourtney’s pregnancy.

For her part, she shared a video on her Instagram Stories of Kourtney’s announcement -which happened from the audience of a Blink-182 concert, where her husband is the drummer.

But instead of writing a message for her daughter and son-in-law, Kris opted to just include a handful of red heart emojis above the clip.

Fans expressed their frustrations with the momager in an online thread, as one wrote: “Kris finally did the bare minimum.

“No kind words or well wishes and 24hrs after everyone else has commented… she couldn’t have half a**ed this more if she tried.”

Another had a similar complaint: “Damn, where’s the infamous Kris Jenner tears.”

Someone else noted: “Damn… no paragraph.”

And one more added: “Didn’t Kris also just share like four-story posts for Scott’s bday?” referencing the 67-year-old’s recent tribute to Kourtney’s baby daddy Scott Disick, 40, for his special day.

Kourtney’s sisters, Kim and Khloe, shared their excitement for her pregnancy on their pages hours earlier, although their other siblings still had yet to comment on the news as of Tuesday morning.

The Poosh founder revealed she’s expecting by holding a sign that read, “Travis I’m Pregnant” from the crowd at the Los Angeles show.

It was a nod to Blink-182’s popular music video for their song, All The Small Things, which featured an attractive groupie holding a similar sign.

Travis seemed stunned by the gesture and hopped off stage to embrace his wife.

Kourtney is already a mom to three kids: Mason, 13; Penelope, 10; and Reign, eight, with her ex, Scott, while Travis shares Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17, with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, 47.
