Holy 2020! Joe Exotic is back in the headlines, everybody.
This week, the convicted felon and former big cat keeper (and abuser) made yet another public plea for legal pardon. Since 2019, Exotic (Joseph Maldonado-Pᴀssage) has been in federal prison on 17 charges of animal abuse and two counts of attempted murder-for-hire. Though his 22-year sentence was already partially reduced by one year in 2022, Exotic has sought clemency countless times—most notably from former President Donald Trump and Kim Kardashian in 2020.
Now, it seems he’s back on his bullsнιт (read: pestering celebrities). This time, Exotic has set his sights on a different Kardashian sister: Kourtney.
“Awwww cute, also please have your sister help me get out of this hell hole,” Exotic commented on Kardashian’s latest post. I’ll note that the pH๏τo was of Kardashian holding her baby son, Rocky Thirteen Barker. Appealing for absolution in the comment section of a pH๏τo of a sweet, innocent child? We simply have to laugh. Surely, Poosh or Lemme has a formal email address…
Four years ago, Exotic was a bit less desperate. In a letter to Kim, he begged her to look at his 257-page pardon, writing: “I know you have never met me and may never want to however I do believe that you hold the values of our justice system dear to your heart.” Unfortunately, that ask was in vain. Kardashian never publicly commented on Exotic’s efforts.
But of all the Kardashian sisters for Exotic to reach out to in the hopes of getting to Kim, Kourtney would be my last choice. Clearly, this guy has access to the internet…has no one told him things have been weird between those two lately? Didn’t he read Jezebel’s coverage of Shana Moakler’s podcast episode in which it very much sounded like Kourtney’s husband had Sєx with her sister at her home???
