Kourtney Kardashian ‘plotting how to monetise first picture of her baby’

Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly planning on how to cash in on the first picture of her newborn son.

The Kardashians star and her husband Travis Barker have already confirmed the quirky name they chose for their new arrival – Rocky Thirteen Barker – after Travis let it slip during a podcast interview where he said he had been scheduled to do a gig in Hawaii but “It’s the week that Rocky’s due”, he then added “Halloween or, like, the first week of November.”

He then confirmed his name is “Rocky Thirteen Barker”. Now sources close to the couple claim they are intending ti make the most of their expanded family financially. They said: “Kourtney and Travis can’t wait to be parents together at last, not least because it’s going to bring them a boatload of freebies and swell their bank accounts.”

The insider then revealed how they are already brainstorming ideas. They added: “They’re already working with their business team because they have all sorts of baby-related products they want to launch, and the first step will be trademarking names and ideas.

“Their ultimate goal is to walk away from The Kardashians, but they need to bring in a ton of money toRocky’s got one cool crib set them up for life – including ways to cash in on the baby. Kourtney’s mum Kris is all for it and is helping arrange everything, such as how to monetise the first picture.”

Rocky is Kourtney’s fourth child, she already shares Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight, with her ex Scott Disick. Travis meanwhile is already dad to Landon, 20, Alabama, 17, and Atiana, 24, who he shares with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Kourtney was seen arriving at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre last Monday to welcome the newborn. She is believed to have been joined by Travis and her sister Kylie Jenner.

The news comes after Kourtney and Travis faced a scare back in September, with the Kardashians star later revealing she underwent “terrifying” foetal surgery to save her unborn baby’s life. Travis abruptly postponed a number of European concerts with his band Blink-182 to be back by his wife’s side.

After undergoing surgery to save her baby, Kourtney said she “will be forever grateful” to her doctors. On social media, she added: ” I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”

As well as their new baby, Travis shares daughter Alabama, 17, and son Landon, 20, with his ex Shanna Moakler. Meanwhile, Kourtney also has three kids from her previous relationship with Scott Disick; Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, eight.
