Megan Fox confirms she, Machine Gun Kelly ended engagement

Megan Fox finally confirmed she and Machine Gun Kelly called off their engagement at one point — though she played coy about their current relationship status.

The “Jennifer’s Body” star, 37, addressed her 2023 breakup from the “Don’t Let Me Go” rapper, 33, while appearing on Wednesday’s episode of Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

“I feel like everyone has such an opinion on your guys’ relationship. You got engaged, then I think it was called off, then we don’t know what’s going on with you,” the host said before asking, “How would you describe your relationship with MGK?”

Fox replied by confirming that “all those things” Cooper had just described about her relationship timeline with Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, were “accurate things that have occurred.”

“I could see them being confusing or interesting to people, and them being like, ‘What’s up?’” the actress acknowledged, noting that she did not want to dive too far into their personal life.

“What I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption,” she added. “So I think as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship per se.”

Fox did, however, confirm that she and the rocker will always have a strong bond.

“What I can say is, that is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul,’ and there will always be a tether to him no matter what,” she said.

“I can’t say what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”

The “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” star and Kelly announced their engagement in January 2022 after dating for nearly two years.

They continuously flaunted their love with PDA-packed moments, but they sparked breakup rumors in February 2023.

At the time, Fox unfollowed MGK on Instagram and scrubbed her account of all pH๏τos with him.

Fans speculated that Kelly had cheated on Fox with his guitarist Sophie Lloyd. However, the “Transformers” star took to Instagram to set the record straight and deny the gossip.

“There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes, but is not limited to…actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons,” she wrote at the time.

“While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all these innocent people alone now.”

Two months later, the couple seemed to be back on when they were spotted enjoying a romantic getaway in Hawaii.
