Megan Fox has always been open about her appearance, often clapping back at cruel comments made about her on social media.
The Hollywood actress certainly didn’t hold back earlier this month when she called herself a “Sєx doll” after being snapped alongside Taylor Swift and her new boyfriend Travis Kelce following the Kansas City Chiefs’ success at this year’s Super Bowl.

The Kardashians ‘morph’
It was all the way back in 2022 that Megan’s fans spotted something strange in one of her Instagram uploads at the time. Pouting and grinning for the camera while wearing a plunging string vest top, Megan joked she was displaying “pick me energy” in the snap.
But what people were actually noticing was that she was “morphing” into Kim Kardashian and her famous siblings Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie. One follower quizzed the Transformer star, asking: “Are you slowly morphing into a Kardashian?”
Another penned: “Don’t do anymore to yourself. You are beautiful! Be different not like the rest. You want your own look.” Another account mused: “Doesn’t even look like Megan anymore.” While someone else added: “It’s sad.”.
Cosmetic claims
Megan, who was once voted the Sєxiest woman alive by FHM magazine, has never admitted to having any cosmetic work. Plastic surgery and skincare experts have been adamant that she has had the likes of blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), lip fillers, Botox and a breast augmentation, Megan has remained tight-lipped on all-things surgical.
Megan has had access to some of the best-kept beauty secrets, and previously revealed to The Huffington Post that she uses natural products for her flawless complexion and always ensures to keeps her skin hydrated.
“I have to wash my face every 12 hours and then moisturise,” she said. “I only take showers as I don’t like sitting in bath water. After my shower, I moisturise with grapeseed oil from Wholefoods. It’s a great moisturiser and lighter than olive oil.”
Not against surgery
In a throwback interview with Allure in 2010, Megan explained that she wasn’t against plastic surgery at all. “I would encourage anyone [who wants plastic surgery] to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from,” she said.
“Because a lot of times it’s not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin — the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you. If, then, you feel, ‘This is something that I want to do,’ then do it. It’s amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do,” Megan told the outlet at the time, so it’s not out the picture.
‘Sex doll’
It was her recent run-in with Taylor and her new beau Travis that Megan looked totally unrecognisable. She looked worlds away from her usual self, showing off her fuller pout as she joined the Super Bowl celebrations earlier this month.
Posing alongside fiancé Machine Gun Kelly and the famous couple, Megan threw up a peace sign, but fans couldn’t help but comment on her seemingly ever-changing face. She put on an edgy display, matching her partner’s punky get-up with a spiky choker.
One fan led the comments on X, formally Twitter, theorising that Megan was simply going through a phase. But another suggested her latest look was the result of recent cosmetic surgery, cruelly adding her doctor “should be arrested on ᴀssault charges”.
Responding to the cruel quips days later, Megan wrote on Instagram: “oh my god guys look how different i…dont look at all. Turns out it was just a shadowy cell phone pic of me looking like a ukrainian blowup doll. when in REALITY i look like one of those super expensive silicone real Sєx dolls you can only get in japan.”
