Train like an angel: Victoria’s Secret beauty Candice Swanepoel shares her workout routine

Any woman has to be pretty body-confident to appear in public in a two-piece, let alone walking down a glittering catwalk in a jewelled bra and high-cut knickers.

However for Victoria’s Secret supermodel Candice Swanepoel, 24, strutting her stuff clad in only undies and fake tan is all part of the job.

No doubt her tall, lean figure is a result of winning the genetic lottery as much as her diet and exercise routine. But the South African, who showed off the gem-encrusted Royal Fantasy bra dubbed the “$10 million bra” at last night’s annual show, also relies on regular workouts with Victoria’s Secret trainer Justin Gelband.

Now, Candice and Justin have revealed the details of their routine, a deceptively simple series of stretches, steps and body moves that leaves even super-fit Candice looking flushed by the end.
She says: “With Justin it’s not only about getting you into shape by training, it’s everything in between. He has taught me so much about nutrition, health and generally understanding how my body functions inside and out.

“For me, its become a total addiction,” she adds: “With all the traveling and tiresome work, being in shape and healthy helps me deal with everything that’s thrown my way. Having a strength from the core makes all the difference.”
