What Lily Aldridge’s Wellness Routine Looks Like

Welcome back to our latest series, #PooshWellnessWednesday, where we’re highlighting how different women in the industry celebrate self-care and what it means to them. We kicked it off with Kourt’s wellness routine (if you missed it, find out here). Up next? Lily Aldridge. Read on to learn what the mom and model’s self-care routine looks like.

The first thing Lily Aldridge does when she wakes up is take a H๏τ bath. She uses goop’s Arnica Soothing Muscle Soak and then tends to her skin with the Tata Harper Repairative Moisturizer and Restorative Eye Crème. She keeps her creams and Jade Ice Roller cold by storing them in the mini fridge that Kourt sent her.

The rest of the morning is spent doing typical mom stuff: Lily wakes up her baby, Winston, to nurse him. After that, she wakes up her daughter, Dixie, and gets her ready for school.

After dropping Dixie off at school, she comes home and makes breakfast: a couple of scrambled eggs with sliced avocado and a green juice. Lily makes her own green juice using ginger, apple, and lots of healthy vegetables. “I always have tons of green juice and beet juice in my fridge. I love the earthy, sweeter taste of beets.” YUM.

After breakfast, Lily spends one-on-one time with her newest baby. They take a long walk or hike and hang outside together. When Winston naps, Lily has more me time, which is when she usually opts for a workout class, like Ballet Beautiful, a merge of ballet moves with mat work for maximum bodY sculpting. Since Ballet Beautiful doesn’t have a studio in Nashville, Lily live-streams a class from home. She also likes to spend 15 minutes per day doing meditation with her Headspace app. This helps her to stay centered and mindful, despite how hectic the day may be (note to self).

If Lily has evening plans, her beauty routine starts with the 111Skin Rose Gold Brightening Facial Treatment Mask or a DIY Greek yogurt and honey mask that softens your skin and helps to reduce puffy eyes. Then it’s a H๏τ shower, during which she’ll use a DIY body scrub made with ground-up coffee and coconut oil. It’s great for circulation, and it smells delicious. She also uses Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner and, if time allows, she’ll do a hair mask. Her favorite is the Oribe Masque for Beautiful Color.

Post-shower, Lily puts her hair in pigtails. This allows it to dry naturally with a nice, easy wave. And she never forgets her perfume—depending on her mood, she’ll spritz herself with Haven or Summit (out November 15) by Lily Aldridge Parfums.
